Human and Personal Services
The Human and Personal Services Faculty delivers training in crucial areas of our community such as Nursing, Health, Aged Care, Life Sciences, Outdoor Recreation, Hospitality, Travel, Children's Services, Community Services, Hairdressing and Beauty. We also offer training for Apprentices and Trainees and TVET Students.
We pride ourselves on our highly qualified staff who have an extensive knowledge of their chosen fields and are passionate about what they do. We use up-to-date industry standard equipment to give our students the best quality training available.
We also offer many short courses in specialised fields such as Espresso Coffee Making, Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Service of Gambling, Sushi Making, Facilitate Co-operative Behaviour being a selection.

Sections
- Children's Services - professional staff are needed in the Children's Services area and our Institute can provide training to meet the needs of those people who want to work in Children's Services
- Community Services - Community Services forms a vital backbone of our community. The sector is expanding as more and more government agencies recognise the need for a commitment to the well being of all members of our community
- Hairdressing & Beauty - professional staff are needed in the Hairdressing and Beauty area and our Institute can provide training in our purpose built training facilities located at Tamworth Campus
- Health & Aged Care - training and retraining is a high priority in the nursing and aged care professions
- Health & Life Sciences - We are well-known for our quality programs in massage and fitness, and maintain strong industry links with local practitioners.
- Tourism and Hospitality - training for this booming sector where the emphasis is on current skills
