Armidale
Armidale is a major campus within TAFE NSW New England Institute, located high on the New England Tablelands halfway between Sydney and Brisbane and a two-hour drive from the Pacific coast. The city of Armidale is widely known as an educational centre, home to a TAFE NSW - New England Institute campus, as well as the University of New England and several notable private schools.
Our campus offers courses in a wide range of industry areas, from trades & primary industries, business administration, visual arts, screen studies and graphic design to allied health and community services, tourism & hospitality, English as a second language and literacy and numeracy, among others. We offer flexible study options to suit a variety of work and life situations.
Enrolment Information
Enrolment for Semester 1, 2012 has now started. If you want to discuss your options please call the Customer Service Centre on 1800 448 176 or browse the course list.
To enrol in a Primary Industries (Agriculture, Rural, Horse Industry, Horticulture or Sheep & Wool) course - initial enrolment will take place at our Rural Skills Centre at Taylor Street, then enrolment processing and payment will occur at the main Campus on Beardy Street (visit the front office in A Block)
To enrol in all courses, visit the front office in A Block at the main Campus on Beardy Street. Staff members will direct you to the appropriate enrolling officer (teacher) for the course you wish to undertake.
