TAFE at School
Interested in getting ahead in a career while you're still at school?
If you're a high school student interested in getting a head start in your career before you graduate, consider studying with us. Our TAFE at school programs include a range of study options, such as school-based apprenticeships and trainineeships, TVET and TAFE to University pathways.
TAFE NSW New England Institute offers Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and School Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBAT). When you study with us, you train in industry standard facilities with teachers who are experts in their fields.
From January 2010, a new law in NSW requires students to complete school to Year 10 and then to continue in either full-time education, training, paid employment, or a combination of these until you are at least 17 years of age.
